Original screenprint in black and white. Signed lower left in pencil Patrick Caulfield and numbered from the small and rare edition of 95: it is likely that this edition was only ever given to friends of the artist. Annotated 'Europalia, 73'. Europalia is a major international arts festival held every two years to celebrate an invited country's cultural heritage. It was established in Brussels in 1969, and 1973 was the year it celebrated Great Britain's cultural heritage. Image size: 236mm x 180mm

Very slight discolouration at lower sheet edge and barely noticeable crease to top right corner. Barely noticeable surface scuffs in the black ink not detracting from the image, otherwise in very good condition. An incredibly beautiful and very rare little Patrick Caulfield print which is not included in The Complete Prints 1964-1999 by Alan Cristea
