Cheval en Rose (the Pink Horse) from the 1975 suite Visions de Quevedo. An original drypoint etching in colours with stencil on Japon nacre paper with deckled edges (other editions were printed on Arches wove). Signed Dali in pencil lower right, an artist's proof (Epreuve d'Artiste - EA) aside from the limited edition of 200. Published by Jean Paul Loup and Galerie Börjeson, Malmö. Printed by Ateliers Rigal, Paris. Referenced in Field 75-5-A, 103 and Michler-Lopsinger, 770. Provenance: from the collection of Denise Rigal with signature and annotation on the reverse. In very good condition. There are some light stains to the paper at top sheet edge and lower right corner, some very light signs of handling, will frame up beautifully. An extremely collectable and beautiful original signed print by Salvador Dali - the absolute master of Surrealism
