Framed in contemporary box frame with non-reflective glass, an etching and aquatint from one copper plate with carborundum from three aluminium plates printed in black and three shades of green. Hand-coloured in cadmium orange, cobalt blue and cadmium yellow egg tempera on Two Rivers handmade paper with highly irregular edges and slight undulations to the sheet. Signed HH for Howard Hodgkin in pencil and dated '92. Numbered from the limited edition of 75 lower left. Proofed, printed and hand-coloured by Jack Shirreff at the 107 Workshop, Wiltshire. Published by the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Texas to celebrate their 100th anniversary as part of the Centennial Print Project. Referenced in Heenk, 90
Small horizontal crease at bottom edge of sheet at signature (see photo opposite) which may be due to the nature of the paper, otherwise in excellent and bright condition. A truly gorgeous and eye-catching original framed print by this hugely collectable British artist
